Review: The Lawyer (The Dalton Brothers #1) by Marni Mann

I... OH my..... I really feel that by now Marni Mann is one of those authors for me that can write any genre, any book and I don't even have to read the blurb to know that I'm gonna fall head over heels over that book.

It's not only the story, the characters, the writing, the words, it is all of it in Marni Mann style. There's just something about her writing that is Sooo addictive, so alluring and so magical.

This book was no different. I'm more of a fan now of Ms. Mann's.

Dominik is the entertainment lawyer and even though he handles the media business, yet he doesn't like to be in the limelight at all. Yet at a social event when he meets this mysterious lady, all he could think was about being with her. But even after a night with her it seems that he can't get her out of his head. Until he finds that the same mystery girl turns out to be his client's sister.

Kendall is assistant to her celebrity sister. Newly shifted to LA, she doesn't care about being in the limelight but cares about her art and her volunteering to teach the old ladies paint at the shelter.

She's a genuinely sweet and caring person but when Dominik realises that she would be the perfect person for the new reality show, things take a very ugly turn with her sister who doesn't take it kindly with sharing the spotlight with her.

Amidst the cold War between sisters, Kendall has to now decide if she can take on this once in a life time opportunity by letting her life be an all open book for the masses. But on the other hand she has to also decide if it's all worth it as the one man she wants doesn't want a girl who's life is a social circle.

Ahhhh.... Drama, social media circus, an ugly jealous sister, a hungry media on the hunt and a very hot, a very sizzling romance brewing between Dominik and Kendall.

Even though Dominik doesn't exactly want a relationship with Kendall yet he is unable to resist her at all. That man.. Oh my.... So dominant and intimidating yet there's a softness when it comes to Kendall. Together they were oh my... Freaking goodness... DAYUMM HOTTTTTT😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥.

Ahhh. I loved the feels, all the drama and just the writing took me inside the book, living Kendall and Dominik's life with them.

I especially loved those brunches. Yummmm... All those mouthwatering flavours of pancakes.. Oh my.. I was drooling like crazy while reading.

Ahhhh... This book is such an intense, sexy, droolworthy package. Loved loved freaking loved this one. 💋💋💋❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
