This one was an amazing starter and takes us into a brand new world of magical realms and we are brought into a world which has angels, demons and all kinds of different magical beings both good and bad.

Reetah is just an ordinary maid to the Royal Princess of Frentani and even though she comes from a line of powerful witches yet she has no power and just is a namesake for the Earth witches.

Reetah yearns to possess the powers of being the Mystic and yet this might only remain as her dream as she is just a servant.

But one fine day she's out with the Princess who's also her bestie, a powerful demon attacks them and one incident changes everything for Reetah.

I loved how she was so brave against such danger and is loyal. Even though her own life might be in danger, yet she fights for her princess. It showed that Reetah is so courageous and also is detemined.

So begins Reetah's journey into the unknown as she is taken to a completely different realm.

Moreover, the demon Reaver seems to spark something inside her but she has to know that he's the enemy.

Reaver on the other hand is the 🔥 demon and after learning more about him, I'm shocked to say I so didn't expect to feel for him because initially I didn't like him at all.

But when certain secrets come to light, everything changes for Reetah and Reaver.

That ending... though....oh my.... I'm so on edge to know what happens next and what Reetah and Reaver will do after finding out such extraordinary secrets that have the power to change everything. So excited for the next book in the series. Loved this one.♥️♥️
