Books like these make me fall all over in love with the Mafia Romance genre. That beautiful tug between Fire and Sweetness, Dark and Light is simply irresistible to me. And Alejandro and Alana completely mesmerize and make you fall in love with them in this one.

Alana has to marry a complete stranger because that's what she has to do to save her father. Her marriage is just a business contract merging two powerful families together and nothing else. All of her dreams of having a beautiful wedding with a husband she loves all go up in flames.

Alejandro is the king of LA. He rules without apology and is the powerful and strong, domineering man who sees this marriage as nothing but an extension of his business.

What none of them expected was to be oh so attracted to each other and get so deeply tangled with feelings slowly for each other. But this happens gradually in a way that I felt their bond growing stronger, their love for each other growing every day.

Alejandro never expected Alana to be the sweet girl who genuinely wants to help people. This is proved to him when he finds her not being pretentiously spending his money but instead actually helping raise money for a charity for women.

I loved how alana loved the simple things in life and especially how unknowingly everything she does, Alejandro gets all the more smitten by her.

Alejandro, that man... Oh my.. He definitely doesn't turn out to be the man I thought he would be. Just a cold, mindless, ruthless man who knows nothing but being harsh. But he pleasantly surprised me with his gentle and caring side. Especially his love for his mother and papa. As is also seen with time how he is attentive with Alana.

But there are also other things brewing in the background. Alana's father has secrets and can Alejandro trust Alana is not just being an actress and is loyal only to her father. Also, where Alana thinks she is helping might be something that actually puts her life in danger.

I loved how this book gave me heaps of good romance with loads of Fire and heat, the Chemistry between Alejandro and Alana is sizzling hot and I loved how I got a complete package with this one. Can't wait to devour more of Alejandro and Alana. 5+ stars. Loved loved freaking loved this one. 😍😍🔥🔥💟💟❤️❤️❤️💟💟💟
